TAN WEILONG SHAUN

Born in 1988, Shaun Tan grew up immersed in the family business specializing in construction lift and escalator interiors. From a young age, Shaun gained hands-on experience, shaping his deep understanding of the industry.

In 2009, Shaun embarked on his real estate journey, joining renowned agencies such as Knight Frank, HSR, Huttons, and SRI. Over the years, he built extensive expertise across private property resale, HDB transactions, new project launches, and commercial and industrial real estate sectors.

Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Shaun ventured into several businesses:

• 2014: Founded Enzo Games Pte Ltd, operating a LAN shop for two years out of a personal hobby.
• 2016: Established i-Signage Pte Ltd, focusing on signage solutions.
• 2019: Expanded into event build-ups and setups under I-Pixel Pte Ltd.
• 2024: Rebranded i-Signage Pte Ltd to OmniBuild Pte Ltd, marking the company’s evolution into a main contractor offering comprehensive construction, carpentry, and renovation services.

Shaun also played a pivotal role in growing the family business. In 2016, he helped acquire United Iron Bed, expanding into the distribution of metal cabinets and furniture through System & Parts Engineering. By 2024, the family business restructured and launched SYSTEM AND PARTS PTE LTD to further strengthen its market position.

Continuing his diverse pursuits, Shaun founded Job Guru Pte Ltd in 2024, an employment agency dedicated to connecting talent with opportunities.
